😄▶Sapsan Pond· Kyiv19 h agoFirst autumn pike from Pushcha Vodytsia🍁 Fished from 10 to 18, covered the whole shoreline, went through all the lures I had with me, and the fish just disappeared - couldn't even see any activity on the surface from the white fish. After 5 pm literally for about 10 minutes that activity showed up and, wouldn't you know it, right during that window I landed this little beauty that really brought the hope back 🥰. Great fishing after waiting all week for this 😉PerchSpinning fishing211😭Lake Kyrylivske· Kyiv22.09.2026, 21:31One word - a mess… Came out to check on how the lake's doing, haven't been here since early summer: the smell of petroleum products is still hanging around in some spots, chemical stains drifting along the shore, piles of contaminated reeds lying on the bank… 😕 There are fish, they're even showing some activity, you can see signs of bigger fish breaking the surface here and there, but there's barely any pleasure in fishing in these conditions. Unfortunately, it's gonna take a lot more effort to fully clean up the damage from all those petroleum products getting into the water. ♻️PerchSpinning fishing110😍Pušča-Vodica Lakes· Kyiv20.09.2026, 21:40A walk around the Pušča-Vodica lakes 🏕️ I absolutely love this place, the vibe is really nice, especially if you get into some decent spot 😄 Worked the snags with ML and UL setups: got 2 hits from small perch but couldn't convert either. And honestly, during the whole walk along the water I only saw one rise from some predator (perch or maybe a small pike). Not happy with the fishing, but the overall atmosphere left me with really nice impressions, sharing them in photo format. 😍Spinning fishing284😄Dnieper· Kyiv19.09.2026, 23:32Hunting for pike-perch #1. Spent tonight on the embankment trying to catch some pike-perch. This is my first targeted hunt for them 🎣 The weather was gorgeous, no wind and even decent water flow after sunset, but I couldn't land the fish I was after. 😕 Decided to experiment a bit and fish for gobies in the shallows, ended up with this beauty of a catch 😁 Gained some valuable experience, identified my mistakes, now I just need to work through them and I can give it another shot 😉🙌Amur Sleeper · 0,15 kgSpinning fishing266😄Upper Vigurivske· Kyiv17.09.2026, 19:16Fishing reconnaissance 🫡 Noticed there are no spin fishing reports in the app for this water body - gotta fix that! 🎣 Headed straight from work with Olivia 0.3-2.5g paired with Olivia 2000s to hunt for perch. Unfortunately grabbed a spool with #0.2 line instead of #0.13 by mistake, so it was a bit awkward. During the walk landed 5 perch on nano jigs, one of which was pretty solid even on such delicate gear, and..... a bluebird 😄 Second such "close encounter" with them in a short time. Bird released and went about its business 👌 My impressions of the lake: it makes sense to fish here at a leisurely pace, but don't expect anything special and probably not worth making a special trip. Only gobies were willing to bite. They absolutely shredded my soft plastics 😅 Gonna try to find some fish out here again tomorrow 😉Amur SleeperSpinning fishing121😍Lake Verbne· Kyiv10.09.2026, 20:54New rod test went great 🔥 Decided I needed to swap out my Kenshin before fall for something that makes more sense to me. Went with the Azura Safina Light Game S85ML 4-18g. Really wanted a longer stick in the light or medium/light range. Got a feel for the new spinning rod super quick during the test. Really impressed with how it works on the bottom end of the range — you don't feel the bottom much, but with thin line you can totally control the tension and animate your lure near the bottom no problem 😉 The lures I managed to test felt completely different to me, in a good way. Nice bonus was it responded really well to small crankbaits. Completely happy with the purchase 😄 Caught 8 perch, and even though they were small, with 5g on the end I had no trouble feeling the bite. Still need to upgrade the line and maybe find a reel that's better balanced for it.PerchSpinning fishing233
