The name of the water
Description
The weather was absolutely perfect, not a breath of wind. So my ultralight setup was dialed in—1g jig head with a 1.8" Polaris. Caught a pike in the morning reeds, must've been a kilo, dragged it to shore and it just whipped its tail and got away... but man, what a rush 😍. After that had plenty of perch, some small pike-perch too, and finished with a nice sunfish. All released to live their happy lives!)
