Finally, finally caught that long-awaited carp, maybe not fully grown yet, still just a carplet but the fact is I've seen reports that they're here but in 2 years of fishing this is the first one, it bit on a float and maggot, also had my eye entertained by frequent bites from crucian carp, I also noticed that bream is pushing out roach and rudd in these parts (which for some reason I like more) and anchovies (tiny bleak that are really hard to catch on a rod), I think because of that predators will increase, should be able to get out with a spinning rod for perch or pike but that's for next time. Tight lines everyone !!!
