If you want to waste your time, money and nerves - this is the place for you. Been here many times, but lately it's just a disaster. Three times they tried to shake me down for cash, claiming I've been fishing for ages when I just got here. They don't give you receipts. The bite before and on weekends is basically non-existent (don't know what they do with the fish there, but it happens all the time). Fishing costs 1000 hrn per day, boat service is 350 hrn per session (12 hrs). There's constantly some local nutjob who brings his own rigs by boat right in front of you across to the other shore 150 meters away, just because he feels like it and apparently he's allowed to. Constant drunks and parties. Military discounts of 100 hrn they give out whenever they feel like it, nothing's consistent. So here's the result of my 15-hour fishing session - 3 miserable crucians. Really don't recommend this place. I went because I knew there were fish there that used to bite, but this time it's definitely the last.
