Загалом водойма непогана, але адміністрація бажає бути кращою. Риба є і навіть дуже непогана- короп, амур, карась, товстолоб, невеличка щука(дуже рідко). Дуже багато зачепив, дно в більшій мірі в корчах. Дозволяють користуватись корабликом за додаткову плату, та 5 гачків на людину.
