Thunder, wind and me.. The weather must've been waiting all week for the moment I'd get out on the water 😅 Because of the crazy strong gusts, fishing was incredibly tough and besides landing one solid pike-perch, unfortunately I didn't get any other decent bites. All the panfish were super passive and wouldn't take anything no matter what, tried my whole arsenal of leaders and nothing worked. But the predators on the other hand were incredibly active and wild – had another good-sized pike attack and a couple of missed strikes. Man, pulling pike-perch on a tiny hook and thin leader is a special kind of pleasure. Rain is rain, thunder is thunder, but wind is just ****** , but fishing is fishing no matter what and the wind couldn't stop us from having some awesome moments. Threw most of the fish back, kept one for the pan
