Sonine😍Sonine16.09.2026, 18:22This water is absolutely fantastic, second time fishing here, first time I went unprepared so I only got 3 carp around a kilo each. But this time it was different, after chatting with some experienced anglers on this water, turned out sour flavors work – sour pear, pineapple. So without thinking twice I ordered combos and sour pear pop-ups. During the day they were hitting the combo, but at night the fish wanted to taste the pop-up. Overall it was an amazing session, caught 10 carp total, released 6 of them, plus 3kg of crucian carp on float. This time I got lucky and came across a real beauty that hit a Select Rival 1.9g (attached at the end of the report). When he bit, this gorgeous fish immediately did a barrel roll, wrestled with him across the whole pool wading. So the result is a chub at 1.49kg and 49cm. Ловив як зазвичай на колебалку select rival 1.9 в чорному кольорі. When I first got there the bite was slow, so I started throwing a microjig. The perch were responding really well and I got a bite right away, but the line snapped. Decided to switch to 3-inch shads on a jig head, and on the very first cast I hook into something solid—half a kilo on the line. Got another smaller one after that. Then I walked over to the dam where I got a decent strike from pike right at my feet, but all I got was a bitten-off tail.
