Річка Устя — це невелика річка на заході України, яка протікає через місто Рівне. Вона є лівою притокою річки Горинь і належить до басейну Прип’яті. Довжина річки становить приблизно 68 кілометрів. Починається вона біля села Дермань, проходить через Здолбунів, Квасилів і далі тече через усе Рівне. Впадає в Горинь неподалік селища Оржів. У межах Рівного Устя виконує не лише природну, а й міську функцію — формує набережні, проходить через парки та зони відпочинку. Водночас стан води в річці не ідеальний через вплив міста. У річці водиться риба: карась, лящ, окунь, щука та інші види, тому її використовують і для любительської риболовлі.
