Autumn reports show good pike results on spinning (2–2.5 kg), especially in October, while summer reports record frequent rudd bites on float rigs. However, the lake suffers from shallow water, algae overgrowth, and frog spawn, making fishing unpredictable. One April report documents critical water level drops and absent fish, indicating seasonal or long-term instability.

• Fish for pike on spinning in October–November using suspending crankbaits with slow twitching and pauses; most successful reports are from this period
• For rudd and tench, use float fishing on sandy shore sections, especially during summer months and at dusk
• Check water levels before going — the lake is prone to shallowing; target deeper areas and weed-free pockets
