Світлопільське водосховище
Svitlopilske Reservoir is a mid-range fishing location (7/10) where catch quality heavily depends on season, weather, and technique. Feeder fishing with maggots and wafters delivers the most consistent results for roach and crucian carp. Spinning is active in summer–fall, especially near shore with snags. Winter fishing is possible but water quality and visibility often deteriorate. Based on 14 reports, small fish predominate, though trophy crucian carp (1.2 kg) occur occasionally.
- Try feeder with maggots and commercial bait (Fanatik or Interkrill) — the most reliable method for roach and crucian carp
- Spin anglers should fish in summer–fall near shore with snags and under trees using small lures for perch and zander
- Check the weather forecast; strong wind (5–13 m/s) significantly worsens conditions, as shown in spring and fall reports
- If planning winter fishing, choose days with better water visibility; turbid water greatly reduces bites
