Description
First thing when we got there, we pumped up the boat and hit the water right away. Poured a little Zakarpattian into the water to appease the water spirit, and right at that moment the perch in the photo started biting. (Not an ad)
There was no action on the feeders overnight, but by 6:00 AM it kicked off on the feeders so hard we had to put one aside and fish with just one rod. Most bites came on maggots, 40g feeder, 70cm leader. Until 10:00 it was pretty active, then the wind picked up and the fish weren't as keen, so the window to fish was pretty short.
