Fish farm near Rozhivka village, Brovar district

Sharing a report from fishing at a new spot for us. We stumbled upon this place completely by accident, but overall we're really happy with it! The water body is located relatively close to Kyiv. There are several lakes on the property, so I'm sharing a quick map of the location we explored: • Central pond: Looks like a fish hatchery. They didn't allow fishing here. • Right water body (from the entrance): Largest by area. According to the caretaker, this is where the biggest trophies swim. No wonder the lion's share of anglers with their full arsenal occupied this bank. • Left water body: Shallow dug pond, with snags in places. The fish here is smaller, but active. Our results and observations 👇 While most anglers were storming the big lake hoping for a trophy, we decided to go left - where the fish is smaller but it's quieter. In the end, not bad: caught some small carp and crucian carp. Our neighbors on the right had less luck. Many complained they didn't see a single bite all day. In my opinion, there are a few reasons: the day turned out to be incredibly hot, and the concentration of anglers per square meter of water at the right pond was too high. Cost and conditions: Fishing conditions here are quite reasonable and don't hit the wallet hard. Current rules and price list for this season I'm attaching in the photos to the post.
