Vilkhivske Reservoir

Was fishing on shallow water, so wasn't expecting any trophies. Just wanted to test out a new feeder. At dawn I pulled a couple of crucians out of the reeds. Put the first feeder right on the reeds, figured I'd lose the rig. But managed to hook and drag it through the vegetation. After sunrise the bream and roach started hitting. Kept a few in the net, released the rest right away. Got about 15 of each — roach and bream. Also had one striped character about half a palm size. Only kept the biggest specimens.
