Hey everyone! Today I was planning to catch some nano crucian carp, and the plan worked out perfectly. A 0.3g jig with Tanta 1 hook did the trick. Caught about a dozen micro perch, one almost a decent-sized fish. Managed to land one crucian carp too, had another one bite but unfortunately the biggest one ripped the jig off. So I spent another half hour or so fishing with a pop-popper and landed two more crucian carp. Before I started fishing I decided to feed the spot for carp, and when I came back to it half an hour later with a lateral rod tip, I barely dropped the jig when I got a bite — but it turned out to be a pike around 350-400g that cleanly cut my jig right at the hook eye, so now there's a pike swimming around the lake with a piercing. All the fish made it home safe.
