Description

Headed out to the bypass canal in the morning and fished there pretty much all day. Was hoping to catch both predators and whitefish, but the whitefish weren't biting at all, no luck with perch either. Only a small pike showed interest, and its parents were actively spawning nearby. As evening rolled around, I moved over to Buzhok, and turned out the crucian carp were biting nicely there. Caught two in 40 minutes like in the photo – one smaller one and a few more bites after that. Was fishing with feed ball, using earthworm and maggot on the hook. All the best!!!
