Description
Hey everyone!
Took a walk along the Southern Bug today. The ice situation is rough – where the current flows there's open water, but the ice along the banks is still pretty thick. Been slowly drilling holes looking for perch. Some spots they were active, other spots they barely touched the jig.
Then I ran into some other anglers who were doing alright catching roach. Fished next to them for a bit and managed to get nine roach to bite, but then small perch started being a pain and the roach stopped taking.
Catch some small pike-perch on the jigs now and then too.
