The name of the water
Description
Decided to check out the Prutsky oxbow lakes today. We know pike hang around here and they get pretty decent sized. The shallow water and weeds with algae made fishing a bit tough, but we covered all the spots. The pike were active, chasing baitfish, but they wouldn't touch our lures at all—ended up getting skunked over two days. On the bright side, we spent quality time on the water in beautiful weather and spotted a whole swan family out there!
