Managed to land a nice perch, weighed 700 grams. The fish swam off about its business. Managed to land one pike on a walker. First part was hunting pike – got two bites, landed one and lost another. Second part was looking for asp. Never found any asp, but hooked a nice chub on the walker, around 1.5 kg. More to come... Had three sessions on the Uzhhorod spillway, but no bites materialized. Chatted with another angler and got some solid intel — there's pike here. Switched tactics and got 10 strikes, two landed, one got off, a few missed bites, and two tails bitten clean off my soft plastics. More to come...
