Southern Bug
Description
Headed out to the Southern Bug to chase some carp. Fishing with carp rods, a float, and planning to set out tip-ups for the night. Feeding and fishing with peas. So far I'm getting pestered by small carp around 500g each. Caught 5 so far. Also had two line breaks with fish on — one where the carp dragged it into the snags, and another on the float rod that snapped right at the rod tip, even though I didn't strike that hard 🤷♂️. Pinning my hopes on the night and early morning now. Hoping to have something to report tomorrow 🤞 Peace out everyone!!!
