Headed out this afternoon, wanted to check the bypass canal for some predators. Turns out it was worth it. Got plenty of bites overall. Had two decent fish runs, felt like they were over a kilo each. Worked silicone lures up to two inches, tails, larvae, twister baits, shrimp. Color didn't seem to matter. After 6 PM the bites stopped, guess the fish got full and went to sleep 🤷‍♂️. Final tally - two perch, a pike-perch and a little pike. Kept the perch for soup, let the others go to grow up. Cheers to all !!!
