When you register, any mobile application developed by Popadiuk Andrii collects personal information such as your username, email address, birth date, gender, spoken and studied languages and any other personal or preference information that you freely enter, as well as your profile picture.

Application will use your personal information for the following general purposes: (i) to provide you with Services; (ii) to respond to your questions and comments; (iii) to communicate with you via regular mail and email (or other electronic means) about Services; for (iv) statistical purposes and (v) otherwise as described to you at the point of collection.

When you use the Service, you may set up your personal profile and enroll in courses. Application stores and collects this information so that Application can provide you with the Service and offer personalized features.

Mobile Application does not monitor the information you include in your Profile, but Application shall have the right (but not the obligation) in it sole discretion to cancel your Profile, if it violates the rights of third parties or it is otherwise objectionable. Application receives and records information from your device, including your IP address and the Service you request. Application uses information to fulfil your requests for products and services, improve our Services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal purpose and external clients.

4. CREATING AN ACCOUNT

When creating an account, we use the UUID of the phone, you enter all other information as you wish. Such as Name, email, avatar, etc. This information is not mandatory. Accounts are automatically deleted if the user has not been active for 3 or more years.

5.ACCOUNT DELETE

5.1 Go to the "More" screen in the application. There you will find the menu item "Feedback" -> "Contact us"
5.2 In the open window in the body of the letter, write "Delete my account"
5.3 We will delete your account within 24 hours.

6.THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

Web sites to which this Site links do not operate under this Privacy Policy. Mobile Application recommends that you examine the privacy statements posted on those other web sites to understand their procedures for collecting, using, and disclosing personal information.
