😕Teteriv River· Zhytomyr Oblast3 d agoHey everyone! 🎣 Went out from the bank looking for some pike perch. Was out fishing from 1 PM to 6 PM. Had a few missed bites, one fish got away and one perch that I actually landed, which immediately swam back home 😁 The bite was pretty much nonexistent. Went out jigging today. Had a great session — managed to catch a pike weighing around 1.5 kg 🎣 Ran into a beaver swimming around looking for something 🦫 The Swing Impact 2.5 inch lure did the trick. Been dealing with bad weather and stuff, but finally got a chance to get out and do some fishing today. Fished with a micro jig from 7:00 to 10:00. Managed to catch about a dozen perch. Also had a bite from a small pike, but she cut off the silicone. The bite was on from 6 PM to 9 PM. Managed to catch 7 pike and 3 zander. 🐟🔥 All the fish were released back into the water. The bite was pretty slow, but I managed to catch a couple of bream, though one unfortunately got away. Was fishing with two maggots. Spent about three hours out there and managed to catch seven perch and one absolutely massive beauty weighing in at 1 kg. At first I thought a pike had hit, but when I saw him I knew — this was a real monster! Can't even describe the rush. After ten minutes of battling, I finally got my trophy. Hit on a Rapala deep diver. The perch weighed 1030g and measured 39 cm. Hope everyone has great days and lands some serious trophies! Decided to go fishing for pike-perch today, but got caught in heavy rain, so I couldn't fish properly — had to head back home. Managed to catch 6 pike-perch in an hour, which I released right away. It was blazing hot and I thought I'd come up empty. But then – BAM! A massive strike and a real monster on the hook! The pike got tangled up in the reeds, so I had to wade in. After about 15 minutes of wrestling with it, I finally landed my trophy. The adrenaline was unreal! It hit a Relax Kopyto 2" in salmon color. The pike weighed in at 2600g. Today I was in the mood to fish with a fly rod. Found a nice spot in the grass, set up and cast out. The heat was brutal so the bite was pretty slow, but I managed to catch 19 small bream and a few perch. Fished with two maggots. All the fish were released.
