Well, what can I say, folks, I don't see much point in coming back here until late summer at least) the whole river's covered in algae, there are some clear spots, but they're so small and so few that it's not worth working them. I was back in Demydiv today to celebrate Fisherman's Day. But the fish decided to ruin all the fun - the bite was almost nonexistent. They were feeding actively, keeping up the pace - still nothing. But not a total bust, got 5 roaches, about the same amount of dace, a crazy perch, and either a crucian carp or a carp that came off in the reeds, but managed to mess with me) which I'm actually grateful for the emotions. Was planning to fish for crucian carp but that didn't work out, so I fished whatever was biting—mostly bleak and roach, threw back the small ones, had a decent catch in the net. Did get a few crucian carp though, maybe three, but lost two because I decided to go without the net. There was also something heavy, might've been carp, had a couple hits hard enough to snap the line and trigger the drag. Як ітог - голяк, до 19:00 щось покльовувало, один раз дало добряче, і все. Далі як рукою зняло. Зато в камишах вода аж бурлила, карась нерестився як скажений. То найближчі два тижні взагалі сенсу немає на біляк виходити, то краще взяти спінінг та на хижака вийти.
