Lake Virlytsia remains a stable location for weekday perch and bream fishing during July–August, especially in evening hours. Three new September reports expand the picture: one angler found no perch but caught white fish, bream, and crucian carp on spinning gear; second attempt with bottom rig using maggots and groundbait yielded selective bream bites; third report (August) confirmed traditional evening perch activity. Fall appears to shift species composition but doesn't guarantee consistent results. Overall lake rating (8/10 based on 53 reports) reflects reliable catches during peak season, but high variability outside summer.

• Plan main fishing for July–August, evening hours (after 18:00) — most consistent period for perch and bream on soft plastic lures with spinning gear
• Try bottom fishing with maggots and quality groundbait (Real Fish Silver Series Biscuit-Vanilla) for bream, especially in September
• Don't count on pike — one trophy in 53 reports means pure chance; lake targets smaller fish species
• Fall brings more variety (roach, crucian carp, rasbora), but less reliable results — prepare for selective days
