Description
Decided to stop by the canal for an evening session. There's not much vegetation in the water anymore, so fishing's pretty comfortable. But the fish weren't cooperating much. Managed to find some perch spots, though they were all tiny. Once it got dark, I switched to a bigger lure and started casting for pike. Didn't take long before I hooked a decent toothy guy, which pretty much saved the whole trip.
