Description
Still getting the hang of mini jerk fishing. Plenty of pike around, but the size isn't impressing. Showed up at the river at 5:30 PM and managed to land two small pike right at my feet in two hours. Once dusk hit, the bite turned on and I started keying off the baitfish activity and the pike attacking them. Caught four more pike in literally 20 minutes and then the bite just shut off completely.
