Canal

Went out fishing in the evening, the wind was pretty strong so casting from the bridge didn't work out, kept getting blown off)) Further down the canal I had a couple of bites, saw a big perch and a smaller one under the dock, under the bridge, follows the lure reluctantly and turns back. Tried spinners, tails, a jig and nothing seems to work for him. What do you think, how can I get this striped guy to bite? 🤔
