Description
Last day of my vacation in the village, fishing on the Teteriv River inlet from a boat. There's a ton of pike here - I've never seen so many strikes at fry, but the food base is so massive it's really hard to get a pike to bite your lure. Caught a couple on poppers, it was spectacular, but I missed more than 20 times)) Really tough watching all those missed strikes on the lure with nothing to show for it. Still managed to land a couple though, that felt good.
