Southern Bug and Buzok

Report from a couple days of fishing (18.07 and 19.07) Headed out fishing on the evening of 18.07 to the village of Kudynka on the Southern Bug River looking for pike-perch, but unfortunately didn't manage to land the target fish. Did get a couple bites on roach though. First thing in the morning on 19.07 I was off to the Buzok River. Bites were pretty sparse, mostly small perch the size of your pinky and pike-perch about the same size. On one of the bites a frog ended up on the hook 🐸(photo 2), it happened on the fall of the lure. Honestly, wrestling with the frog didn't feel anything like fighting a predatory fish, which actually made for some pretty fun memories
