Description
Headed out for a night session to chase some carp. Got there around 8 PM, but by the time we set up and cast out, it was already 9. Figured I'd throw the spinning rod around a bit, and just a few casts in — boom! Pike over 2kg.
Then it got dark and we settled in waiting for the carp. Landed about 10 carp over the night, with the biggest one in the fifth photo.
Around 3:50, just as it started getting light, I couldn't resist and grabbed the spinning rod again. First bite came at 4:10 — and it was on! Ended up catching around 10 pike by morning.
Turned out to be an absolutely solid session: got our carp, and the pike fishing was on fire. 🎣🔥
