What started as a complete washout with just one ten-gram perch turned out to be the most productive session at this spot in the last year. Caught over 15 perch from the nursery grounds, though with some serious adult bites mixed in. Four different-sized pike perch that I honestly didn't expect to see under these conditions. And then a crazy half-kilo crucian carp that hit according to all the jigging rules 🎣 The Hot Box box significantly cut down the time spent testing lures and figuring out what the main players were today. Lure of the day - Crazy Fish Nano Minnow on a 3g ear sinker. The most active bite was from 10 to 11 o'clock. More to come
