Made it out to Bobrytsya lake. First thing I did was tap the bottom with a marker weight — no shells here, just classic sticky silt everywhere with occasional patches of hard sand. Clipped in right at the boundary between these zones. Decided to mix things up with my tactics: tried a flat feeder with Fanatik "Proglot" bait, plus some classic baskets loaded with corn and hemp. The big carp stayed silent this time, but the local silver crucians absolutely took over the spot. Turned out to be a grindy session — next time I'm going bigger with the bait to weed out the small stuff and hopefully get lucky. Tight lines everyone!
