Overall the lake is pretty interesting, though I snagged a lot closer to shore. There are some trophy perch — the one in the photo is almost 600 grams, but we've caught ones pushing 2 kg. Pike are in there too and decent sized, but they were tough to convince on the day I fished — managed to land one around 1.5 kg. I'd recommend it if you want a beautiful lake surrounded by forest and some solid fishing that won't bore you, but it's not a walk in the park either.
