Unnamed Pond
Description
Showed up at the pond around 3 PM. Were hoping to catch some crucian carp and bream. Fished with spring-loaded rod rests. Bait was simple—worms and maggots. Weather was decent, a bit windy, but nothing that stopped us from fishing.
Thought it'd be just another regular session, but around 5:30 PM we got a solid bite. After a short fight, we landed a carp. It took the hook baited with maggot and worm. Don't know if it was luck or what, but it was sweet.
Over the three hours of fishing from 3 to 6 PM, we caught a few palm-sized crucian carp and one rudd. Turned out to be an interesting day on the water, with an unexpected bonus.
