Description

Planned to hunt some decent-sized pike and perch today but the first spot was dead – two hours with nothing. Changed location and things picked up. Decided to switch to small perch on ultralight gear. Got some perch and a bonus pike that unfortunately broke off, but man what a fight – especially on a light stick like my Azura. Didn't land everything I hooked but got some solid hits and the pike was pretty respectable for a 5g rod. Great time on the water! Happy fishing to all!!!
