Description
Early morning session hunting for catfish. Got the boat, floats, found a nice spot and grabbed some dendrobena worms – catfish should definitely be on the menu. Nope, striped perch showed up instead and started hammering the float 😅 Overall pretty satisfied with the fishing day, especially since I spent another half day casting from the bank with a spinning rod 🤣 Got some nice perch on the float, smaller ones on the lure – was tough finding a bait that would get them interested. Crazy flappers and freaks did the job, and the standard rigs that don't get taken either worked 😁
