And there's the target fish on a pier I didn't expect to find anything on. Decided to scout a soft bottom spot since I heard there were plenty of pike, perch, and zander there. Turned out to be true. Managed to catch all three target species. Didn't get the pike in hand though - it slipped under the bank - but it was on the hook almost right away. Picked up a lure and got some perch bites, then landed this toothy guy who showed what he's made of. Actually my second zander ever, but when it bit I knew right away what it was. 43cm, not bad for my first one this year and second ever. Hope it's not the last one. Good luck to all! And wait, there might be more zander coming. Might have something more interesting in the reports)
