Description
First solid session with the new spinning rod. Worked my way along the shore checking out the promising spots. Water's clearer compared to the neighboring Lake Martyshiv. Lots of fry and ducks with ducklings around. Heading back around 8 o'clock, got a nice bite on a Flagman Thunder Max #2 7g spoon—perch came up solid. The construction site behind me barely bothered anything, stayed quiet until about 7:50.
