Decided to spend a couple hours after work hunting for perch, got 6 bites and landed 2 of them - 5 perch and one pike unfortunately got off under the bank didn't want to pose for pics and there was one pretty decent perch bite but unfortunately didn't land it properly even though the strike was good but the perch was being pretty cautious and didn't hit every lure had to switch baits around and the fish overall wasn't very active but got results - got my target species and also got my first pike on olive and saw how the rod handles itself with some toothy fish bites. Thanks to everyone for the support on the report ☺️☺️
