Description
Today's fishing report - was looking for fish on both light and ultralight gear, found some but only got 2 perch and one pike on a mandula. Might've been a pike, the fish were pretty passive. What surprised me though was what that perch took on in the second photo - took a Hypnos 2.2 with 8 gram gin head jig in a pretty unusual way. Such a small fish but it hit so aggressively. Managed to catch another one on the same lure, smaller size at 1.8. Unfortunately no other species today, but at least I got some results - better than last time. One thing I noticed though - the perch looked a bit beat up, you can see puncture marks and cuts on it. Maybe there's a smaller pike at this spot or a pike, but couldn't figure out what would work, tried everything I had unfortunately.
