Hey everyone! Today we kicked off our first trip to the Carpathians after some spotted beauties. We got there in the evening and headed straight to the river. I still can't believe what happened but an at-s size 1 spinner brought us the fish we were after on like the third cast! Yeah, it was small, but it was my first ever wild Carpathian trout. We were over the moon, both me and my buddy. All in all we had 3 on the hook that evening, unfortunately the last one got away, but we're stoked and hoping for an epic follow-up!
