Description
Overall it was interesting, and I quickly caught some feisty pike-perch. There's a crowd of characters with spinners on the dam, and I reckon the pike-perch doesn't make it downstream because there's constantly 3 spinners in the water. Cops rolled through twice, came up, gave us some grief about violations, and moved on
