Great fishing day

Good day everyone, opened the season really nicely. Woke up in the morning with nothing to do and thought, why not go fishing? Grabbed my spinning rod and headed out. Got to the spot and on my seventh cast I thought I'd snagged something, but nope. A pike grabbed the lure and as soon as it hit the air it started showing its power. Managed to pull it in successfully, though not without a fight, got it to shore. Beautiful pike, 5 kilos.
