Description
Today's ice fishing session had the fish pretty cautious, managed to land one perch and a roach but unfortunately the roach got away just under the ice — there were plenty of bites but no hookups. The fish were pretty inactive but you could get them to bite. Got takes on both maggots and bloodworms. Ice conditions were better than expected, a bit chilly but honestly the excitement from even these small perch bites was pretty good. Don't have much ice fishing experience so if anyone's got tips I'd really appreciate it ☺️
