Unfortunately no fish today, lots of so-called 'snaggers' and they've got nothing either, probably already overfished and killed off all the fish, it's really sad to see a dead river, maybe we should contact local authorities to do some restocking and control poaching and fish populations, also the info about snaggers applies to mandulas and treble hooks on rigs, but only when you can see they're not jigging with them but making hooksets way behind with the rod and it's just their technique it's pretty disgusting to watch. Today one of them was telling me how yesterday he snagged a pike weighing 600g and ate it, was totally sickening because it could've grown to 2kg in a year or two and the zanders at 500 grams they're taking, that's why there won't be any left. Maybe local authorities will allocate funds for restocking or at least start collecting garbage, and take action because it's not as expensive as people say and I think results would show, need to reduce populations of small fish like roaches, dace and other small fry in exchange greatly increase populations of ide, white bream, zander, pike, perch, carp, crucian carp, bream and catfish and introduce strict catch limits for anglers, establish sport fishing even for just a year instead of like now fishing to destroy all populations of everything that swims, set up monitoring of catches and fight poaching, so they watch the river during the day also I suggest increasing fishing spots in the river, for example holes in the channel for zanders, spawning grounds for crucian carp and pike, clear out the bays, make new fishing spots, but right now you can't even get to the river, but start small just clean up the garbage. And these actions would improve fishing and bring money to the city. It all starts with us, Glory to Ukraine and have a good day.
