Adriatic Sea

Could I really call myself a true adventurer angler if I didn't hit the sea for a vacation with half the truck loaded with gear?!) Rhetorical question) 😂 So one of the last days I was catching small coastal fish, they were biting on various small baits like shrimp, shads, twisters and so on... Also octopuses often ended up in the catch (not very welcome guests, since detaching them from the hook is a very... slimy affair 🥶) But at one moment a pack of some predatory fish FLEW out of the depths and like piranhas started chasing, smashing, driving ashore all those little fish that I was trying to catch 🤯🤯 After recovering from the shock, I quickly switched my leader to a jig setup and got into some shore jigging 🎣. After a few failed attempts and already almost losing hope, I finally heard the blessed BITE from one of those flat troublemakers - a fish called Lich. What can I say - sea fish are way stronger than our river ones) Even such a small predator made me feel some resistance on my 99 Azure X-Game up to 26g 😤 But I remained endlessly satisfied as an angler, and by the fact that I managed to catch this moment on camera 🎥🤩.
