Ugh, the last few fishing trips have been pretty much a total bust: either the fish are on vacation, hiding in the underwater brush, or when they see such an awesome angler like me, they're like "nah forget it" and bolt. 😂😂😂 But seriously though, I barely have any time these days with work, but I'm still trying to squeeze in at least a few hours on my favorite activity. So the last couple outings have been... meh. Last time I walked 10 km and didn't get a single hit on my lures, even though I threw everything at it - from soft plastics to metal - and got absolutely nothing… Today was a bit better though. Hooked this little guy on a tail spinner. Well, "hooked" might be generous… He just sat on the hook, that's it: no strike, nothing, just sat there, and that was that. But overall the situation's still not great… But I'm not sweating it: my lucky day's gotta be out there somewhere waiting for me.
