The name of the water
Description
Visited a few small ponds in the village of Stradch today. Fish were around - saw a pike caught right in front of me, and another angler landed a nice crucian carp on corn :) First time scouting these waters and found some solid spots for a couple of shots for the photo album. Unfortunately neither pike nor perch made it on camera. Had a great bite from a perch around 250-300g but it broke free right at the shore :( The lakes themselves are pretty overgrown - if you're casting it's got to be offsets only... There are some spots with clean bottom and no weeds but they're tough to access :(
