Flooded Quarry "Podorozhne"
Description
Came out with friends for 2 days to a flooded quarry, the road to the lake is in really bad shape, hard to get in when it rains so be prepared. We were planning to fish for perch and pike. First day started with rain in the morning, we regretted going out on the water, caught nothing saw only small perch swimming around. Started fishing micro jigs and managed to catch a couple of small perch. After exploring the water a bit we spotted at least 50 pike traps - circles. Figured we wouldn't catch any decent fish here :( People from the village just fill the water with pike traps and catch everything indiscriminately :( We managed to find a bay where we could catch some red fin on micro jigs. Had enough for some fish soup, released the rest.
