Four new reports (3 solo, 1 combo) raised the overall rating from 7/10 to 8/10. Solo reports demonstrate consistent performance: pike 5/5 (October, moderate conditions), perch 5/5 (September, rain), pike 5/5 (September, strong wind 28 km/h). The lure shows stability even in extreme weather (rain, strong wind, cold). One combo report (perch 3/5 with silicone) does not contradict the conclusion but does not favor Flagman specifically. Total database expanded to 19 solo and 8 combo reports, substantially strengthening confidence

Best conditions

Pike and perch bite on Flagman across a wide range: from clear skies to rain, temperatures 4–22°C, including extreme winds up to 28 km/h. Most consistent in moderate conditions (10–22°C, moderate wind), but success confirmed even in adverse conditions

Best target fish

Pike (convincingly, 5+ positive solo reports); perch (now also confirmed by two 5/5 solo reports); other species (crucian carp, common carp, bream, tench, catfish, pike-perch) represented in one combo report without clear attribution

Flagman lure, especially the Stretto 10.5g model, shows exceptional performance on pike and perch in challenging weather (rain, strong wind); a clear choice for autumn
Three consecutive 5/5 ratings on pike and perch across different periods extend seasonal application beyond summer
